Step 1 – Submit a Referral

Contact our team by phone, email, or referral form.

Step 2 – Initial Discussion

We discuss participant goals, support needs, preferences, risks, and current supports.

Step 3 – Service Matching

We identify suitable support staff and services based on participant needs and goals

Step 4 – Service Commencement

Once onboarding is complete, supports commence in accordance with the participant’s service agreement.
